Sierra Nevada Investment Management is a boutique real estate asset management firm specializing exclusively in industrial property investments. Since 1999, our team has managed over 1 million square feet of industrial property and has provided clients with full-service asset management solutions that free them from the day-to-day complexities of this specialized asset class.

Doug Stewart Sr.
CEO
Dougley ("Doug") Stewart, Sr. is the CEO of Sierra Nevada Investment Management, LLC. Sierra Nevada provides its investors with asset management of a nine-figure portfolio of large-format industrial real estate investments located in Southern California.
He was previously the Chief Operating Officer and member of the Board of Directors of the privately owned ColorGraphics, Inc., one of the largest commercial printing companies in the United States until its purchase in 2007 by Cenveo Inc. Before joining ColorGraphics in 1999, Mr. Stewart had a three-decade career in banking with experience in corporate and investment banking as well as being at the forefront of the bank credit card business.
Mr. Stewart earned a Master of Arts in Management from The Drucker Graduate School of Management, Claremont Graduate University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Memphis.
Doug Stewart Jr.
President
Dougley ("Chip") Stewart, Jr. is the President of Sierra Nevada Investment Management, LLC. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, he worked as an investment banker and commercial banker for 15 years at Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Capital Finance, and Credit Suisse. Mr. Stewart's banking background focused on leverage finance, asset-based lending, distressed debt, and commercial real estate.
He has served on the boards of Ronald McDonald House Los Angeles as a member of the finance and real estate teams and on the Redhill Pullman Property Owners' Association as the President, Vice President, and Treasurer.
Mr. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Marshall School at the University of Southern California with a concentration in finance.
